The Hyundai Creta Electric (Creta EV) is Hyundai’s first mass-market electric SUV, set to debut at the 2025 Bharat Mobility Show in New Delhi on January 17, 2025. It will be available in four trims—Executive, Smart, Premium, and Excellence—with multiple monotone, dual-tone, and matte color options.

Performance & Range
The Creta EV will feature two battery pack options:
42kWh battery with an ARAI-certified range of 390 km
51.4kWh battery offering 473 km range
The Long Range variant can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.9 seconds. It comes with Eco, Normal, and Sport drive modes, plus Hyundai’s i-Pedal technology for single-pedal driving.
Charging Options:
DC Fast Charging: 10%-80% in 58 minutes
11kW AC Charger: Full charge in 4 hours
Design & Features
The Creta EV retains much of the ICE Creta’s design but has key differences:
Closed-off grille with pixel-like detailing
Active aero flaps for better aerodynamics
17-inch aero-optimized alloy wheels
Redesigned bumpers with pixel-inspired styling

Competition & Expected Price
The Hyundai Creta EV will compete with rivals like the Tata Curvv EV, MG ZS EV, Maruti e-Vitara, and Mahindra BE 6. The expected price is around ₹20 lakh (ex-showroom).
