Bungee Jumping Bungee jumping was invented in New Zealand, and Queenstown is home to the world's first commercial bungee jumping operation. AJ Hackett Bungy offers a range of bungee jumping experiences, from the classic Kawarau Bridge bungee jump to the Nevis Bungy, which is the highest bungee jump in New Zealand.

The Kawarau Bridge bungee jump is the most popular bungee jumping experience in Queenstown. The jump takes place from a historic bridge over the Kawarau River and is 43 meters high. The Nevis Bungy is the ultimate bungee jumping experience and takes place from a platform 134 meters above the Nevis River.

Skydiving Skydiving is another popular adventure sport in Queenstown. Nzone Skydive offers tandem skydiving experiences over the stunning scenery of Queenstown. The skydive takes place from a height of 15,000 feet and includes a freefall of up to 60 seconds. The skydive offers stunning views of Lake Wakatipu, the Remarkables mountain range, and the Southern Alps.
